If you are looking for excellence this is your dog. The APBTis a champion in every sense. They are pull champions and can pull ten times their weight or more in seconds. They show verry well and are verry defined dogs. The APBT is also a family minded dog that will protect her family and it's possessions. The APBT is a determined dog and will not give up even when playing. One needs to have plenty of energy and time for these dogs they just wont quit! There has been alot of talk about the APBT being naturally vicious and mean but this is not true. My APBT Ozzy Mann Wroten© lives inside with me and sleeps with me, he was raised with kids and has never even grouled at them and they just play all over him and all he does is play back. They will however guard and be cautious or even vicious toward people they do not recognize or that seem to pose a threat. However if they do and you let them meet the person they will settle down after a while and be frendly to the person. ALL DOGS CAN ATTACK! Don't think only vicious acting dogs will attack, I know a man that had 15 stiches from a bite that a Chiuahua gave him so don't prejudge the APBT give them a chance. If you raise them arround children they will think of them as their's and protect them even from you! If you train them well and don't abuse them they will be fine dogs and will not act vicious! The APBT will be the best pet you'll ever have.
